Synopsis

Part 2 of the 3-part "Which Way the Wind Blows." It's been over 30 years since anyone's seen American terrorist James Malloy. He could look like anyone - including Christopher Chance. That's what Charlie Rivers thinks, and he already has Chance lined up in his crosshairs. It's what the mysterious agent tracking Malloy thinks, and he's ready to take him down by any means necessary. And of course, the actual Malloy is waiting to show all three the deadly consequences of forgetting your political roots…
